Space needles, that have been built in various cities around the world, can cause  false gaussian readings on the work units that look like the example in Figure 2.   The rotating restaurants, that are usually located at the top of these structures,  produce a continuous vibratory frequency noise that appears to rise and fall when the spinning is changed from clockwise to counter-clockwise.
