This program is a part of the human genome project that is searching for the gene that is responsible for the unique sneer exhibited by many past rock stars.  When found, it will be used to develop a drug that will genetically alter the human lip structure, giving the recipient a 50% greater chance of achieving fame and fortune in the music world.  This gene has been tentatively labeled the "Billy Idol" gene.
